Whether you have complaints related to collection of installment amount or issue of the receipt or deposit of the agreements or application forms at the time of allotment we make sure you are attended to at the earliest.

We will assist you in processing bank loans and any help with the loan procedure and also keep you updated on the status of your home providing you with the possession letter along with the lease deed and NOC.

An in-house call centre is setup to handle all your queries and complaints within 24 hrs

Customer care department is a centralized window for all existing customers / grievances, which provides the best solutions promptly.

4.      Registry & endorsement of the property including lease deed, NOC and possession letter.

5.      Queries like possession, registry help on availing bank loan, cancellation, endorsement, interest, construction status, change of address and contact number , collection of installment amount and issue of receipt against the payment made under the above mentioned.

6.      deposit of agreements / copy of executed agreements

7.      assist the customers in processing bank loans in the form of information on contact numbers of bankers and the name of their representatives , providing related papers like layout, agreement etc, assistance / coordination with finance department for early approval , from banks for completing any kind of information required , handing over TPT , PTM etc. to customer

8.      in-house call centre to handle all incoming queries and grievances within 24 hours by the executive and if not resolved then it is forwarded to the manager
