New Delhi, 10th September 2009: Omaxe Ltd, through its subsidiary, will develop a Hi-tech Township in NCR adjoining Greater Noida in Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh. Omaxe’s subsidiary M/s Rivaj Infratech Pvt. Ltd has signed an MoU with Bulandshahar Development Authority for the development of the Hi-Tech Township. To be developed over an area of 3601.19 Acres (approx.), this township will have estimated revenues of over Rs 75O0 Crores and will be executed in phases over a period of 5 to 7 years.
Strategically located in Delhi NCR Region adjoining Greater Noida approx 20 min drive from its proposed international airport and adjacent to proposed Eastern Peripheral Expressway & North-East Railway Freight Corridor, the hi-tech township will be developed as holistic ultra modern Eco-friendly marvel comprising world-class residential, commercial, retail, industrial facilities.
The project is conceived under Hi-Tech policy initiative of Govt of Uttar Pradesh, establishing self-sustained hi-tech settlements within the state for harnessing the rapid growth of its economy for a balanced development of its hinterland.
High on features, this Hi-Tech township will provide residential options comprising of plotted and built up development with various options including affordable housing to suit everyone’s style and budget. The Hi-Tech Township will also have commercial, industrial & recreational segments comprising of global business park, food logistics centre, knowledge based industry, hi-tech sports academy, healing centre, CBD, leisure and entertainment centres. Earlier Omaxe had also signed MOU with Allahabad Development Authority in July 2009 for the development of Hi-Tech Township at Allahabad. |
